Shepherds
We are an autonomous congregation. This means there is no national church government. Northside is led by five men who have agreed to serve as shepherds of the flock (also known as elders, bishops, and pastors). These men must meet strict qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9. Our elders are Steve Mohundro, Marshall Ashby, Cecil Taylor, Ronnie Bruce, and Kelly Kemp. Deacons

Assisting our elders are five men who serve as deacons. These men also must meet qualifications as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:8-13. Listed below are our deacons and their primary area of responsibility:
