Services for Charles Franklin will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 3 in the chapel of the Waterview Church of Christ in Richardson, TX. Interment will be on April 4 in Austin. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 2, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Sparkman Funeral Home, 1029 S. Greenville, Richardson, TX 75081.  If you would like to attend the funeral, the bus will leave at 9:00 AM on Thursday. Please contact the office so that we know how many would like to ride with us. If you would like to drive yourself, the address of Waterview is 1409 N. Waterview, Richardson, TX 75080. Directions: From 75 S take EXIT 26 toward GALATYN PARKWAY/ CAMPBELL RD, turn west (right); travel about 2.3 miles to Waterview, turn south (left); travel 6/10 of a mile, the building is on the right. It is about 60 miles one way.
